Typhon, First Born Royal Prince of Set's Empire
Angry and rebellious, Typhon does little to curb his temper or desires. Only a healthy fear of his father's violent rages keeps him from eliminating his siblings. He finds other ways to vent his frustration, however, and the house servants fear him.
He has never forgiven his mother for abandoning him, or his father for not preventing her escape. His thirst for power and greater freedom than his father's power allows drive him to reckless decisions and actions.
With little regard for family ties, he craves Set's power and possessions. His greatest weakness is his strong sense of hubris, which though he would never admit it, he inherited from his father.
He hates his father's wife, Astarte, and consider's his father's devotion to her to be a weakness. His attraction to her daughter Nalini has escalated to a sense of angry frustration, at himself for what he feels is weakness, and at Nalini as the object of his desire.
