The Thyroid Cure provides an incredibly comprehensive under-standing of autoimmune thyroid disease. While user-friendly for patients, the depth of research that clearly went into creating the text makes this a must read for any healthcare provider dealing with thyroid issues as well as autoimmune diseases in general. David Perl-mutter, MD #1 New York Times Bestselling Author of Grain Brain
In The Thyroid Cure, Michelle Corey outlines the exact steps that anyone can take to reverse ANY kind of chronic, inflammatory autoimmune condition. You will learn how to become empowered in health, navigate the broken medical system and get the right care, so that you can undercover the roots of your illness and heal for good. You will discover what you can do on your own to restore your and health, and how to find and work with a practitioner if necessary.
The book comes with online companions such as: A letter to your doctor explaining the rationale; a test request so you can have a baseline for where you stand at the beginning of the program; mind-body assessments so that you and your doctor can get closer to identifying the roots of your condition; a 14-day detox program to kick start your recovery and help you become aware of any foods that might be triggering your condition.
Chronic inflammatory conditions such as autoimmunity can be successfully and quantifiably reversed when the underlying splinters are uncovered and removed, and the core systems of the body are restored to balance.
The Thyroid Cure is based on cutting-edge science and combines ancient healing principals with the current advances in functional and integrative medicine.
I was first interested in this book because a dear, immediate family member has been diagnosed with thyroid problems, and I wanted to learn more about the thyroid in general and holistic ways in which to help maintain a healthy thyroid in particular. I wasn't disappointed. Corey's 500 plus page book presents extensive information about the thyroid and researched strategies for dealing with thyroid conditions.
She shares her own personal journey and extensive research that she has done over many years. . The book is also underwritten by various medical practitioners. At present, the author is a counsellor in her own clinic, helping clients gain knowledge about their own condition, so that they can experience better health.
I particularly liked the index so that I could look up areas relevant to my family member's condition. Also useful were the guides to understanding how food, medicine, and stress reduction work together when trying to find an effective approach to wellness.
The author has developed what she calls a Thyroid Emergency Repair Kit to help both her clients and readership. Corey offers herself as proof that her recommendations work. She received a six-year treatment. Then she opened her clinic in 2008 and by 2010 she was well.
Anyone concerned with the health of their thyroid and overall autoimmune systems will benefit from this book.
Book Bling gives this 5 stars!

Detective mystery writing at its best. Amato's female detective is Jasmine Steele, who had an ideal life doing what she loved best until tragedy struck. Her brother and sister-in-law were killed in a tragic accident. She is now the guardian of her seven-year-old nephew.
Jasmine is having trouble adjusting to her grief and new responsibilities. Worried, sad and scared of doing something wrong, she doesn't have the energy or self-confidence to keep her relationship with police detective Jazz alive. But now, more than ever, she could use the support and understanding of a fellow detective and friend.
Bodies are starting to pile up and Jasmine and her nephew Chase are threatened. It looks like the recent murders may even be related to her brother's death. Jasmine has to find out who's responsible while keeping her nephew safe.
The plot twists and action fly in this female-driven detective mystery series. This is book one, and if it's any indication this is going to be a must read series for lovers of the detective mystery genre.

—Kathryn Alice, author of Love Will Find You
As a feminist and happily married woman, when I was asked to review this book as a favor to a friend, I admit that I was skeptical. The last thing I wanted to do was hear one more man tell women what they should feel, think, or do. I am happy to report that I was wrong. This book is more in the way of an Andy Lander's response to the woes and who's it's of dating, from online winks to real life dating. The author is honest and direct. He did his research with both genders, and though of course he discovered that men and women are different--in the way they go about finding love-- he doesn't make negative judgments with an undertone of gender-bias.
One of the biggest merits to Stone's work is his willingness to admit his own failures while explaining how he turned mistakes into opportunities for success. From examples with outcome scenarios to trial and error testimonials, this book is helpful to either bachelors or bachelorettes.
Chad Stone is a nationally known dating and relationships expert and writer. After his first marriage ended in divorce, Stone bravely entered the world of modern dating. He embraced his new single life and began to learn everything he could about dating, relationships, and finding love again.
Mr. Stone interviewed single adults of both sexes to get insights about what works and what doesn't work when searching for a romantic partner. He researched online dating, and he helped other single adults write effective online dating profiles. As part of his research, he attended dating events including "speed dating" evenings and dating mixers. His research and personal dating experience became the basis for his humorous memoir, Confessions of a Middle-Aged Babe Magnet.
The success of Confessions of a Middle-Aged Babe Magnet led to Stone's bestselling book of dating advice for women called The Love Magnet Rules: 101 Tips for Meeting, Dating, and Keeping a New Love. The Love Magnet Rules is filled with practical dating and relationship advice including how to mentally prepare for new love, how to maintain a positive attitude during the dating process, and how to keep the passion alive once you've found The One.

From the slowly progressing New Adult saga...Daughter of Ancients
Why did I feel a sudden premonition run up my spine at the thought of Hunter with a weapon in his hand? His name alone dictated that he would be quite comfortable handling them. Something about him wasn't right. I had to find out what, sooner than later. Hunter made me feel like prey. Every time I turned around he was there, silent and still, like a stalker. Waiting. Watching. But for what? I'd had enough.
IN 2013 A NEW MOBILE APP WAS QUIETLY LAUNCHED ON ITUNES. IT QUICKLY BECAME THE FASTEST GROWING MOBILE APP IN HISTORY. IT WAS CALLED TUNA LIFE, AND FOR A BRIEF MOMENT IT CATAPULTED AUSTRALIA AND THE GOLD COAST INTO THE LIMELIGHT OF THE TECH WORLD. BUT NOT ALL WAS GOOD ON THE COAST. GIRLS HAD BEEN DISAPPEARING FOR YEARS….
Andrew Engels, a bored accountant, has an epiphany when he walks into an auditorium where kids barely out of high school are presenting new business ideas.
It changes his life. It changes everything.
Scott Davis, an experienced crime reporter at the Gold Coast Times, has recently been reassigned to cover business news for his struggling employer. When he starts digging about the new economy, where teenagers become overnight-millionaires on half-baked ideas and empty promises of future revenues, he finds a lot more than he expected.
Girls have been disappearing from the coast for years. Could their cases be somewhat connected?
And do we really know what we agree to when we download a mobile app? What sort of power do we allow companies like Tuna Life to possess over their users?
Read the story that captures the essence of the exploding mobile app industry. But be warned: You may very well reconsider downloading that next app onto your phone….
Set in the Australian Gold Coast, this book grabs your attention from page one and holds on to it through a well-developed, continually unwinding plot line and character development.
Despite the mobile apps are going to take over the universe and bring about social destruction theme, there is enough intrigue and suspense to entertain even those for whom app download is a foreign language.
The plot brings together a rather bizarre mixture of people, from a washed up reporter, a failed accountant who starts his own tech company, a Russian Businessman, and some missing girls. Hamre manages to make a logical connection between this strange cast of characters and wraps all the loose ends up neatly.

"A talented writer can convince a reader that fantasy is real; a gifted author makes it look easy from the opening scene. Such is Krafton's brilliance in The Heartbeat Thief." --Rachel McClellan, Amazon bestselling author
Haunted by a crushing fear of death, a young Victorian woman discovers the secret of eternal youth--she must surrender her life to attain it, and steal heartbeats to keep it.
In 1860 Surrey, a young woman has only one occupation: to marry. Senza Fyne is beautiful, intelligent, and lacks neither wealth nor connections. Finding a husband shouldn't be difficult, not when she has her entire life before her. But it's not life that preoccupies her thoughts. It's death--and that shadowy spectre haunts her every step.
So does Mr. Knell. Heart-thumpingly attractive, obviously eligible--he'd be her perfect match if only he wasn't so macabre. All his talk about death, all that teasing about knowing how to avoid it...
When her mother arranges a courtship with another man, Senza is desperate for escape from a dull prescripted destiny. Impulsively, she takes Knell up on his offer. He casts a spell that frees her from the cruelty of time and the threat of death--but at a steep price. In order to maintain eternal youth, she must feed on the heartbeats of others.
From the posh London season to the back alleys of Whitechapel, across the Channel, across the Pond, across the seas of Time...
How far will Senza Fyne go to avoid Death?
The latest in dark fantasy from Amazon Bestselling Author Ash Krafton...It's a little bit Jane Austen, a little bit Edgar Allen Poe, and a whole lot of stealing heartbeats in order to stay young and beautiful forever...
In 1869 England, beautiful Senza Fyne is in love with her charmed and privileged 17-year-old life, so much so that she is willing to avoid losing it at any cost. When death begins stalking the people she loves, she becomes increasingly fearful of dying. That's when she meets Knell, a mysterious stranger, who offers her a solution. By the time she realizes the cost for his salvation is too high, it’s too late to take it back.
Senza's heart no longer beats, so she she is forced to steal the heartbeats of others in order to survive, to never age, to remain eternally youthful. She meets some interesting people throughout the decades, and visits some interesting settings, such as Whitechapel during the reign of Jack the Ripper.
The story spans more than 150 years, with the heroine moving from city to city, country after country. The story might have been darker, with more interaction with Death or even Knell, but it holds the reader's interest. The ending holds a fun surprise. and ties the story up nicely. This New Adult novel is sure to be a hit.
Book Bling gives it 4 stars.
Ash Krafton is a writer of all things spec fic. She believes spectacular endings make the best beginnings... Why not? One billion black holes can't be wrong.
The second bravest thing she's ever done was volunteering to go first when her Girl Scout troop visited a High Ropes challenge course somewhere back in the eighties. (Thankfully, few photos exist.) The third bravest thing was wearing her purple Colin Stuart boots with the extreme stiletto heel to her kids' school open house one year. (Three floors, all steps, no brakes.) The top of the Brave Things list, however, remains to be written.

Brendan le Grange was born and educated in South Africa, though he now lives between Manila and Hong Kong with his beautiful wife and daughter.
As a business consultant, he has travelled to forty countries and lived in three. And it is reading binges to break up these transits - with the likes of Clive Cussler and Jack du Brul - that inspired the writer to emerge, bringing to life the cities, characters, and history he encountered.
The breakneck pace balances Van's laconic voice, pulling readers headlong into a maelstrom of violence, magic, and prophesy. Dark-fantasy fans will enjoy this gritty supernatural mystery and its memorable protagonist - Publishers Weekly

Van H. Avram, PI, stumbles from case to case, getting by on his good looks and appeal to desperate dames. But when a missing-person case dumps the body of a skinny blond thing on his doorstep, he finds himself plummeting into the clutches of an underworld intent on human sacrifice. An underworld of biblical origin.
An ancient evil rises up to destroy the world and, without asking for it, Van is thrust into the role of savior. As reality—and the occasional building—collapses around him, he’s chased, battered, and seduced by demons, vampires and unhinged women, all against a background of a war-ravished world wrapped up in vintage fashions and flying diesel-powered vehicles.
Time ticks down to a do-or-die moment as the fate of the universe is decided in one final battle. But to save the universe, Van must face his own demons and an unremembered past.
Promoted as a detective "noir" by the author, this book runs the gambit of genres and comes out fighting. Its audience is broad and its appeal new age.
Van Avram, a bad ass war veteran turned PI with a fondness for alcohol gets tangled up with Mina Camilla. At which point the game is afoot.
And by game I mean a paranormal fantasy complete with agenda-riddled humans, vampires, fallen angels, and shape shifters, the pace is fast and the settings on-target with Gothic crypts and deserted churches.
This is a gritty mystery filled with human emotion and relationships, made real with masterfully descriptive writing. The novel is on the Amazon Best Sellers list for a reason. You will not be disappointed with the depth and scope of this story.

Meet the Author
Mark was first published at the ripe old age of eight, when a local newspaper published his review of Disney on Ice. The next time his name was in print was a life time later at the age of fifteen, when a national magazine ran his review of the Commodore 64. It was downhill from there, picking up a weekly column in the Sunday Times which funded a rather noncommittal path through university, studying a wide range of topics from Robotics, Anthropology, Philosophy, Computer Science, and Psychology.
In fact so many subjects were studied he was eligible for graduation at the end of his second year, based purely on attendance.
He finally left and joined the corporate world before realizing work isn't that much fun, and going back to study. Further writing followed with regular columns for various technology magazines and newspapers around the country. Then as the Then as the desire of permanent food and shelter began to bare its teeth, another attempt at the corporate world beckoned as a technical writer, which turned out okay. Shifting from technology companies to resource companies provided the opportunity to travel and live in some desolate and exotic locations where the locals aren't overly friendly.
A Lady is dead. Her noble line ended. And the King’s Reaper has come to reclaim her land and her home. In the marches of Aedaron, only one thing is for certain. All keeps of the old world must fall.
Elinor struggles to find her place in the new world. She once dreamed of great things. Of becoming a hero in the ways of the old world. But now she is a Reaper. And her duty is clear. Destroy the old. Herald the new.
The girl put a hand on his shoulder. Her voice was low. “Whatever happens next. You mustn’t move.”
And then the ground underneath the horse exploded upward and a pale white form the size of a wagon erupted into the air. The horse let out a scream that turned into a wet gurgle as white writhing tentacles enveloped the animal. The copper tang of blood filled the air and Conbert felt his stomach lurch.
He thought to go for the sword he carried at his side but he saw the girl’s eyes.
He held himself still as another of the creatures breached the drowning grass. It was a huge mass of rippling white flesh, except at the front where the mouth opened like an exposed wound. Massive tearing fangs lined the pink maw, and white tentacles writhed from the worm's throat, seeking the remnants of the thrashing horse. The two monsters tore the horse apart in seconds, powerful tentacles flaying meat from bone with horrific efficiency.
As the rendworms began to slide across the ground in their direction, Con felt a terror urging him to run. He fought against it, trying to focus instead on the perfect stillness of the young girl. The huge worms slid past them.
And then as Con held his breath, the girl moved.
The young cadet was fast and sure as she darted forward. She struck out with the mace, swinging it with both hands, and smashing it into the rendworm’s side. There was a loud crack, and Con knew that somewhere inside the sinuous horror a bone had broken under the blow.

Ready for a kick-ass, older heroine and a cocky cowboy? HellKat has it all: romance, mystery, suspense, unrequited love, and dangerous family secrets. Give Kat and Tucker a try. You've got nothing to lose except a great story ... and maybe a little sleep.
Men and relationships have always disappointed Kat James. Not that it matters, because she doesn’t believe a woman can have it all, not without giving up her independence and identity; something Kat will not do. If there is such a thing as having it all, it’s going to be on Kat’s terms. And if there’s a man out there who can deal with that, she hasn’t met him yet.
Enter Tucker Williams. A cowboy who knows all too well about life’s ups and downs. He’s learned the hard way that control is illusory. So he meets whatever happens head-on, confronts it without flinching. Because he knows that's his only chance of having control over anything, no matter how brief.
When his eyes set on Kat James, he glimpses a woman who believes she’s in control. A woman who feels like a force of nature. A woman who should be wild and free.
A woman who has forgotten how to be either.
When dangerous family secrets surface, Kat will confront the people who’ve irrevocably changed her life. But in the end, she and Tucker will battle a union of madness they could not have seen coming.
Family is supposed to watch your back, but sometimes they stab you in it instead.
“Do you like the opera, Tucker?” His mouth dropped open, but he didn’t speak. Oh, he wanted to, she could tell. Kat chewed at the inside of her cheek, did her best to hold back the grin wanting to break across her face. “Ever been to the Met?” He shook his head, slowly. “What a shame. We need to fix that as soon as possible.” She teased him with a wink.
“You don’t have any problem renting a tux, right?”
He cleared his throat. “Not at all.”
Kat’s eyes narrowed. “Just to be clear: black jeans and a sport coat aren’t considered a tux here.” He bit down on his lip to stop the grin so clearly wanting to spread. “Take care of that while I’m at work, would you? I have a friend who can get us great seats—tonight even. I’m sure of it. Doesn’t that sound like fun?” A killer smile lit up her face.
Tucker nodded once. The playfulness in his eyes and tight set of his lips broadcasted he understood this to be a test, and that he wasn’t about to give up any points.
Her body hummed with exhilaration.
She checked the time on her smartphone. “I have to get back to the office now. I’ll call you with the details.” She smacked her lips together in an air kiss. Her giggle could not be stopped.
Kat sashayed away, confident that not only was he watching her ass but also wondering if the opera would be the worst of his punishments.
Yes! A heroine I can actually like. Kat is strong, independent and unwilling to lower her standards for anyone! That includes her drama-ridden family and any of a long list of just-not-the-one men.
The hero, Tucker, is a cowboy with spurs who thinks Kat's wild side is right up his Stetson. All he has to do is convince Kat that he's the one for her, and that might prove twitchier than a bull in a hen house.
Sparks fly, problems get solved, and lovers love, but not without some intelligent and suspenseful plot twists, crazy complications and satisfying character development. Move over milksops, HellKat's a keeper!

Robyn Roze lives amongst the cornfields of the Midwest and telecommutes as an accountant. Writing was a childhood dream of Robyn’s. She won creative writing awards as a girl and teachers encouraged her to pursue a writing career. But pragmatism won out, and she boxed the dream away on the maybe-someday shelf.
Maybe-someday came for Robyn in 2013 when she published the Keeper Series, a new adult romantic suspense story. Then she shifted gears and decided to pen a novel with a much more mature cast—Chain of Title was born, her bestselling title. Readers have been loud in their demand for a sequel, and Robyn is currently working on the next chapter of Shayna and Sean's love story. And her latest book, HellKat, released in June 2015. All of Robyn’s stories contain one key element that her readers love: a strong, independent heroine.
When she’s not spending time with her fictional families, she loves to spend time with her real one: her high school sweetheart, their two moody teenagers, and a pampered rescue mutt.
